First, complete the following raids then speak to Chieftain Relae Aderi:
- Lieutenant Ekiltu Verlor - Goblin Dojo (24 person) - Return with a Meditation Stone
- Lieutenant Ekiltu Verlor - Guardian of the Sands (42 person) - Return with a Quintessence of Sand
Second, complete the following large raid then speak to Chieftain Relae Aderi:
- Captain Areha Burina - An End to the Storms (54 person) - Return with Yar'lir's Fang
